Circular with a deep sloping rim and curved well, standing on a wide, shallow footring pierced by a suspension hole. The well is decorated with two large tulips and foliage growing from a small mound, framed by a yellow and two blue concentric circles. On the rim there is a wide border of repeating pairs of blue and yellow leaves forming a zig-zag with small blue double V shapes between them, and a yellow and two blue concentric circles on either side.
