The circular dish has a broad sloping rim, deep sides, and a flat centre. The flat area is decorated with a symmetrical arrangement of three stems bearing two tulips rising from a lozenge-shaped motif, flanked by leaves, with ten rosettes in the spaces, On each side of the lozenge there is a broad, striped leaf, which covers the sides and extends towards the tulips. The rim is decorated with a border of thirteen tulips alternating with pointed leaves.
