  <description>
    <value>Buff earthenware, covered with very shiny tin-glaze, and painted in blue. Circular with a sloping slightly upturned rim, curved sides and flat centre, standing on a footring. The front is decorated wth buildings in a landscape with a fence in the foreground and three birds flying overhead. The largest building has a cupola and is apparently demolished below it. The back is painted with repeating &#x2018;11&#x2019; and &#x2018;4&#x2019; motifs</value>
