In the form of an obelisk of flattened rectangular section, the lower part heart-shaped with four spouts on the shoulders, two lizard handles, and a four-sided rectangular foot; the upper part in the form of a flattened pyramid with three tiers, each of which has four spouts for flowers, and at the top, a bud-shaped finial. The underside of the foot is slightly concave and has a central ventilation hole. The front and back of the upper part are decorated with prunus, chrysanthemums and other flowers and birds on a white ground. The two sides have foliated scrolls and flloral sprays reserved in a red ground. The tiers are divided by borders of flowers reserved in a blue ground, and red zigzags on a white ground. The heart-shaped lower part is decorated with groups of flowering plants and flying birds. The lizards and the supports for the upper part are green. The foot has two panels with a blue and red stylized plant on a white ground, and two with a flower and scrolls in red and green reserved in a blue gound.
