Circular with everted nine-lobed rim, deep sides, and almost flat centre, standing on a footring. In the middle within a frame of two concentric circles, is a half-figure of King William III, crowned and wearing a long wig and armour, flanked by the initials K and W. On the sides there is a continuous stem with three stylized yellow and manganese-purple tulips, six yellow fruits, and three pairs of green leaves with manganese-purple projections.
