object type: Pale buff earthenware, moulded, tin-glazed bluish-white, and painted in blue, green, yellow, red, and manganese-purple. The slender figure is supported on a circular mound base with a scrolled edge, coloured green with a few red strokes here and there on its top. Pomona stands on her right foot with her left relaxed behind it. Her left arm rests on a large yellow cornucopia filled with fruit. She holds a yellow fruit in her right hand which she holds in front of her at waist level. She has manganese-purple hair and wears an off the shoulder dress with a yellow top and manganese-purple lower part which is split on the right side to reveal her leg.
