<notes>Ref. The author dissociates moulded wares of this type from the work of Palissy; provides new hypotheses on where rustic dishes and other types could have been made; discusses two early 17th century Paris potteries operated by Daniel and Aggée Cattier in Saint-German-des-Prés area, and by Antoine Clarissy, probably in the grounds of the Palais des Tuileries; and a pottery at Rouen, run by Jean Barthélémy from at least 1608. See the other articles on Palissy and post-Palissy pottery in the same issue of Techné, titled 'Bernard Palissy: nouveaux regards sur la céramique française aux XVIe et XVIIe siècles'.</notes>
