Shape: rectangular body narrowing via a carinated shoulder onto a cylindrical neck with flaring rim Exterior: the rim and neck are painted with blue concentric bands. On the shoulder, rosettes and small pagoda are painted in blue with black outlines. On the body, decoration is painted in blue, purple and turquoise with back outlines, all framed by blue arches. On the larger sides, floral sprays are arranged in an arabesque style pattern, while on the shorter sides, male figures in Qajar dress are surrounded by floral sprays. Glaze runs unevenly over the lower body leaving small patches uncovered.
