On the base, within a black pin wheel roundel, two leafy plants, outlined in black and with blue or turquoise leaves surrounded by lines of black dots, frame a lanceolate leaf. The leaf is also outlined in black and contains a sinuous core outlined in black against a blue painted background.
Exterior: rim is painted black and concentric black lines are painted on the carination and lower body.
