object type: White stoneware, press-moulded and salt-glazed. The wall pocket is in the shape of a woman's face with a bow in the hair at the top. The lower part of the face is flanked by rococo scrolls, and stylized acanthus leaves with oval depressions radiate from the top of her head. Below there are acanthus leaves forming a point. The flat back has a hole for suspension on the viewer's right, another is now missing due to loss of the upper part.
