Cylindrical with rounded projecting footring, slightly projecting rim, and scrolled loop handle. Decorated on the front with an oval portrait medallion of George IV. the shoulders facing front, the head, wearing a laurel wreath, in profile to left, with the legend 'GEORGIVS IV DEI GRATIA BRITANNIARUM REX', reserved in blue ground. There are gilt bands round the medallion, the base, the rim, and the inside of the rim. The handle is decorated in gold with a leav, and scrolls.
