On the shoulder, enclosed by narrow chevron bands, horizontal friezes of scrolling leaves and stylised rock wave patterns. On the body, on a background of dotted scrolls, large lobbed medallions contain central quatrefoils. On the lower body, a frieze of rounded lappets is painted above concentric lines on the foot ring. On the base, a cross-hatched square with crosses on the corners. Glaze covers the foot ring unevenly but extends to the underside of the base.
