The figure is supported on a square straight-sided base, with a reddish-brown line running round its upper and its lower edges. It is closed and glazed underneath and has a large circular ventilation hole in the centre. Flora stands on a rocky mound coloured brown and yellow. She steps forward on her left foot and has her right knee relaxed. Her head is turned a little to her right and she holds up a long garland of blue, red, pink and green flowers to shoulder level in her left hand and has its lower end in her right hand at her side. She has brown hair dresssed in a bun at the back of her head with a tress hanging down onto her shoulders. She wears a long dress patterned with red dotted circles and blue sprigs, edged round its low neckline with pink fabric. A yellow shawl passes behind her waist at the back, across the front of her body, and over her raised left arm.
