Part of concentric bands of blue laurel, orange stylised leaves and buds, blue herring bone, blue oblique lines over two circles, lozenges alternating with green spots, and blue 'rope' edge. On the reverse, petals filled with transverse orange stripes, and blue triangular lines filled with dots.
