object type: Fragment of a cover or foot (?). Buff earthenware, tin-glazed on both sides, and painted in dark, greyish blue and dark yellow. Approximately triangular, convex fragment with part of the central, cylindrical stem or finial.
The cylindrical element is encircled by a broad yellow band between two blue. Radiating from it are parts of four squiggles, broadening towards the edge, separated by lines and dots. A little remains of a broad yellow band between two blue on the outer edge. The underside is undecorated.
