The handle is of tapering cylindrical form with a rounded upper end. The upper and lower ends of the sides are decorated with berainesque borders, and the upper end with a multi-petalled flower head. The long, narrow blade is slightly curved on the lower edge and comes to a blunt point at the end.</value>
