The leopard sits on top of the oval base which has a narrow treestump at the back, and is decorated with three groups of applied flowers and leaves. Its body is in profile to the viewer’s left, and its head and neck are turned to the right. Its front left paw is raised, and its tail curved over its back. The leopard’s back, and the exterior of its limbs are yellowish-buff with dark purple curved and circular markings. Its head is also yellowish-buff with tiny purple dotted markings, and purple nose.
