Angela James, fellow of Designer Bookbinders, bound nine copies to her own design. The photographs and colour reproductions were printed by Smith Settle, who also bound the main edition. The engravings were printed by hand on an 1853 Albion handpress on dampened Zerkall mould made paper, the text on a Heidelberg cylinder press. The 12 point Garamond type was set at Solo-Type by Bill Hughes ... The 11 point Garamond was set at The Rocket Press by Jonathan Stephenson and Geoffrey Bamford\"--Colophon.\nQuarter bound in blue cloth with patterned paper sides.
