The type is 12 point Bulmer set in Monotype by M & H Type of San Francisco. The display faces on the title page are also Bulmer. A Gill Floriated initial is seen on page one. The paper is Rives, A French moldmade sheet, printed damp. The wood engravings were printed from the original blocks. Jack Walsdorf ... brought printer and author together, that printed being Neil Shaver. He used a Vandercook III press. The Campbell-Logan Bindery of Minneapolis bound the book. Claire Maziarczyk created the pastepaper for the binding.
