The oval bowl has a domed lid with a double rose twig handle, twisted together at the top and terminating in four flowers at the junctions with the body. On the side of the bowl there is a gold-edged oblong panel with incurved corners and rounded ends, painted in black with a couple and a man by a pedestal in a landscape.
