The front is decorated in relief with rococo scrolls and moss, and with two applied flowers each with five leaves. On the proper right side there is a large vase with scrolled shoulders bedecked with a garland of flowers and foliage, and containing an arrangement of flowers. Flora stands beside it with her right leg forward, her right arm curved round the top of the vase and her left arm in front of her and across her body. She has a green and blue jewel on her forehead, a bunch of flowers on the left side of her head and a black bow on the back of it. She wears a long, flowing, pink drape with a white lining with a polychrome floral pattern, which passes over her right shoulder, across her back, and down to the ground. It is held round her waist at the front by a black belt. The scrolls on the base are picked out in pale purple, and the moss is pale green.
