He wears a wide drab-coloured hat caught up in front with a gold stud, a white cravat trailing away to his left, with a full black coat open at the neck to show the yellow lining, and a slit up the back and wrists to show the frilled sleeves on his shirts. He leans back from the waist and looks towards his left with his left hand held level with his abdomen, and his right arm bent and the hand grasping the handle of a brown walking stick. He has a black moustache, and on his head has a bluish-green turban, with a mauve fan-like projection on top, and a gold circlet around the front. He wears a white three-quarter-length coat, with a mauve shawl collar and lining, yellow cross bands and buttons, a red sash into which is tucked a dagger, white close-fitting trousers, and yellow shoes.
