Tambour writing tables

Scope note

Use for English desks which are a modification of the cylinder desk, having tambour shutters instead of a curved cylinder. Distinct from the American "tambour desk," which has upright reeded or slatted shutters that cover up the rest of the drawers and pigeonholes.
