Incense burners

Scope note

Use for containers of varying form for holding burning incense for the purpose of scenting a space. For containers in which incense is burned in a ritual context, use "censers." For containers, often in the form of a covered vase or sometimes in the form of a tripod, that hold perfumes or pastilles, use "cassolettes."
