Tea urns

Scope note

Vessels intended to hold or dispense tea, of varying form but having a spigot rather than a spout; usually supported on legs or a stand and may have a heating device. May be part of a tea service. Prefer "hot water urns" for urnlike vessels intended to hold or dispense hot water in connection with the serving of tea and which also may be part of a tea service.
