Biographical note

British publishing and printing partnership formed in 1881 when Albert Hildesheimer joined with Charles William Faulkner. Based at 41, Jewin Street, London. The H&F publishing concern was dissolved by mutual consent in December 1893 with Albert Hildesheimer continuing on his business activities at New Zealand Avenue, London.
