Description

Linen part of a cover or curtain

Three joined widths. Emboidered with polychrome silks in satin stitch and some darning stitch. The borders have been worked along the sides and the top of each panel; the lower part of the cover has inferior quality embroidery and is finished with a narrow hem. Design is a combination of branches, birds and human figures scattered over the whole surface.
