Two widths of a linen embroidered bedspread.
Embroidered in polychrome silk, in double darning, double running and satin stitch. Along each side a frieze of two pattern units, a flowering plant in a small pot alternating with a little spray of flowers in a floral patterned ewer. On one width, at one end, the plant and the other ewer have been replaced by a symmetrical spray of flowers with a bird above. At the end of each width a spray of small flowers is placed at a right angle.
