Linen bed cover of four joined panels.
Embroidered with polychrome silks in cross stitch, whilst the panels are joined by an insertion stitch. There is a knotted fringe on all edges. The embroidery is restricted to the four edges. The inner border pattern is of two alternating flower sprays flanked by peacocks and small birds; the outer border is of stylized, alternating flower pots and animals. At each corner, above the birds and the flowers heads, a similar motif of a vase with carnations is worked out.
