The borders and corner motifs follow the conventional arrangement of Epirot cushion covers and the design is another variant of flower, leaf and branch motifs. However the use of darning stitch, with a multitude of colours worked in a rather arbitrary fashion, produces a much more stylized overall effect compared to other cushion covers from Yannina ( see T.19-1946)
