Description

Band sampler, linen, embroidered with linen threads and polychrome silks in cross, double hem, double running and needle lace stitches. The sampler comprises 14 horizontal bands including the name " Margrit White" , an incomplete alphabet (A-R) , and the inscription 'Margret White 1668' and "RWSH".
