Maker: Tricker, Anne
Band sampler, linen, embroidered with polychrome silks in cross, satin and eyelet stitch. There is a selvedge at the bottom whilst the other three edges are turned under and stitched. The horizontal bands include four alphabets, two examples of all-over patterns, various geometric detached motifs, the initials 'D P' and the inscription 'ANNE TRICKER' and the date '17011'
