Production: Unidentified
Whitework sampler, muslin, embroidered with cotton thread in chain stitch. The edges are turned under and stitched. The sampler contains rows of squares and a central lozenge containing the initials 'GMO' and the date '1810' set within four triangles all worked with drawn thread stitches known as Tönder work.
