Black vinyl-covered cardboard covers. Each leaf perforated approx. 12mm from spine edge to allow extraction. 55 leaves remain. Leaves removed as follows: 8 from between ff.1 and 2; 2 from between ff.3 and 4; 1 from between ff.8 and 9; 1 from between ff.9 and 10; 1 from between ff.21 and 22; 3 from between ff.28 and 29; 1 from between ff.48 and 49; 1 from between ff.49-50 and 1 from between ff.54 and 55.
