Black plastic over cardboard covers. Each leaf perforated approx. 12 mm in from spine edge to allow removal. 64 leaves including endsheets. The following leaves have been removed: 1 from between ff.1 and 2; 2 from between ff.3 and 4; 2 from between ff.4 and 5; 1 from between ff.7 and 8; 3 from between ff.31 and 32; 2 from between ff.32 and 33; 2 from between ff.40 and 41; 1 from between ff.62 and 63.
