Description

Brisé fan; horn sticks and guards (16+2), pierced and painted in blue, green, rose-pink and red gouache. Treaded with pale brown silk ribbon. Brass rivet with mother-of-pearl washers. The sticks and guards have pointed arched ends and are pierced by stylized foliage and foliate curved lines. The area below the ribbon is painted with a row of swags of flowers and foliage.
