Description

Brisé fan, sticks of horn with inlaid steel sequins painted in bodycolour and gold; guards of horn inlaid with steel sequins painted in gold (18+2). Ribbon of cream coloured silk. Rivet of brass; washers of steel. Front: two exotic birds are sitting on branches holding two ribbons from a wreath, which is placed in the centre; the background has gold stars and a chain of sequins borders the scene. On the top of each stick above the ribbon there is a plant under an arch of sequins. Back: undecorated. Guards: a chain of sequins borders leaves and flowers.
