Pierced and carved ivory, painted in polychrome with a central vignette of classical scene well executed and a curved upper border of oak leaves and acorns. Seven tiny brilliants in rosette button, tubular rivet. Tubular pressed paper case with detachable cover (somewhat squashed), coloured pink, and bearing a rectangular white paper label printed in black: 'B. COKER, Fan Maker./Wholesale & Retail/No: 118, Fleet=Street, London.\NB Fans neatly Repaired.'
