"One thousand copies of this book have been designed and printed by Henry Morris at the Bird & Bull Press in North Hills, Pa. The colour printing was done by Harrison Color Process Company and the binding by the Murphy-Parker Company"--Colophon. Maroon cloth binding with gold lettering on spine and paper label on front cover.
