Notes: "...on dampened hand-made paper... The stock upon which the book is printed is known as Tovil, and was hand-made by J. Barcham Green, Hayle Mill ...The type is 18-point Centaur, designed by Bruce Rogers, along with Arrighi Italic ... The colored initials, drawn for us by W. Haynes Fitzgerald ... A few more than 80 copies have been printed, one page at a time, on an ancient foot-powered Golding which for many years was owned and operated by Fred and Bertha Goudy. This book has been produced for members of the Hornby family, special friends of Bayberry Hill Press, and a few others particulary interested in Ashenden Press..."--Colphon, p. [23]. Museum has copy no. 84 with inscription: "For John Dreyfus with every good wish" signed by the authors. Quarter bound in red cloth with marbled paper sides; printed paper label on front cover. Red endpapers with maps in black.
