"... The text was composed in Monotype Bembo ... The printed paper used on the binding is a reproduction of one of RHM's pastepaper designs and was printed by the Schori Press in Evanston, Illinois. The alphabet-block label was engraved on boxwood in 1953 by Middleton and is reproducted here in its original size. The text paper is Mohawk Letterpress and the illustrations are on Mohawk Superfine. The endpapers are Lindenmeyr Multicolor. Of one thousand copies printed, nine hundred are for sale ... Fifty copies are held in sheets for sale to hand binders."--Colophon. Quarter bound in black cloth with patterned paper sides; paper label on spine and front cover. With dust-jacket.
