Litter-mount, bronze with a rectangular plaque at one end and an oval hollow socket at the other. Boldly decorated with t’ast’ich masks and kuei fret, pale green patination with darker brown markings. Chinese.


History note: Bought Brinet sale, 4th April 1941, Sothebys. Lot 356
