Description

Rectangular pierced brass lid, on a material which is now a black colour. The sides are base are engraved with a formal foliage, with applied silver corner pieces and quartrefoils. Pierced bun feet and a swing handle. False key hole on front, real key hole on lid covered by a slide. Complicated lock under lid.
