"This book has been designed by Will Carter; printed by The Stellar Press at Barnet; on hand-made paper by J. Barcham Green at Hayle Mill, Maidstone; and bound by John Mason and G. S. Percival at Leicester. The edition is limited to 150 copies ..." Museum has copy no. 84 signed by J. G. Lubbock. Binding: vellum with gilt. figure on upper board and lettering on spine.
