"The book is designed and printed by Will and Sebastian Carter at the Rampant Lions Press, Cambridge, on paper hand-made at the Richard de Bas Mill at Ambert in the France Auvergne... John Mason made the endpapers made at his Twelve by Eight Paper Mill ... The edition is limited to 80 signed copies ..." Museum has no. 75. Bound by George Percival in full blue morocco with design by artist in gilt on upper board; gilt lettering on spine; top of pages gilt. Issued in slipcase with marbled paper sides.
