Description

White earthenware, moulded, decorated with coloured transfer prints under a clear glaze. Blue, yellow and red with a brown key plate. Circular with a sloping rim and flat central area. 'The Trooper', after a combined print by Herring, Baxter and Bright, inscribed 'THE TROOPER'. Encircled by a gilt line; green enamel ground; outer border 123 with three gilt lines.
