Unglazed grey earthenware with stamped decoration. Square. In the middle, a lion rampant facing to the right, within a square frame decorated with circles and in each corner with a fleur-de-lis. The upper surface has fired cream and may have a coating of slip. A lump of plaster adheres to the back.
