Description

Earthenware, tin-glazed white on the upper surface and painted in thick, opaque blue. In the middle there is a circular medallion decorated in late Ming style with flowers and an insect. Across the corners there are brackets forming a shaped frame. In the corners, Chinese Wan-Li meander ornament.
