Text from object entry in A. Game (2016) ‘Contemporary British Crafts: The Goodison Gift to the Fitzwilliam Museum’. London: Philip Wilson Publishers: Pete Stevens was a resident at Bishopsland Educational Trust in 1997–98. His work was the second piece acquired for the Goodison collection from Bishopsland, the other being by Max Warren. The asymmetrical form of Stevens’ copper and white metal vessel was characteristic of his work, which is scarce as he is no longer active in the field.
