Description

Circular, in a low dome, formed presumably of cane bound with cream and pale blue cotton thread, with an iron binding. At the centre are four bosses of iron, with low domes and serrated-edged flanges, retaining rings inside with one hand grip, a cotton strap covered in dark blue cotton, on a pad of printed brown and blue cotton
